頭套熏蒸艙

杰昊頭套熏蒸艙是一種使用過(guò)氧化氫對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室頭套進(jìn)行滅菌的專用設(shè)備，主要由腔體、新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、過(guò)氫化氫蒸汽蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)、以及電氣控制系統(tǒng)組成。

• 采用集成過(guò)氧化氫蒸汽滅菌系統(tǒng)，滅菌時(shí)內(nèi)部氣流循環(huán)，可以對(duì)頭套熏蒸艙內(nèi)部的所有角落進(jìn)行滅菌，避免滅菌死角；
• 常溫常壓的滅菌，安全性高，適用于絕大多數(shù)物料的滅菌；
• 頭套熏蒸艙內(nèi)部采用層流設(shè)計(jì)，不滅菌時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)普通傳遞窗的功能；
• 滅菌過(guò)程自動(dòng)化，帶定時(shí)滅菌功能，更有利于生產(chǎn)的排產(chǎn)需求；
• 采用平板電腦操作，控制系統(tǒng)符合21CFRpart11和計(jì)算機(jī)驗(yàn)證要求，每次滅菌數(shù)據(jù)可記錄并生成報(bào)表，滿足數(shù)據(jù)完整性的要求。

Headset Steam Sterilization Chamber

The headset steam sterilization chamber is a special device for sterilizing laboratory headsets using hydrogen peroxide, mainly composed of a chamber body, fresh air system, exhaust system, circulation system, hydrogen peroxide steam evaporation system, and electrical control system.

Compared to traditional headset steaming equipment and other sterilization cabinets, it has the following advantages:
- The inner cavity is made of 316L stainless steel plate welded to ensure the smoothness of the box surface, which is easy to clean and sterilize;
- The box is designed with rounded corners and an inclined design, which is more conducive to cleaning and sterilization, ensuring aseptic requirements;
- The box seal standard is designed according to the highest standards of the isolator industry, ensuring that the leakage of hydrogen peroxide steam to the room during the sterilization process is reduced to an extremely low level, ensuring the safety of the sterilization process.
- The interior of the headset steam sterilization chamber can be customized according to the needs of the party A, which is convenient for the reasonable loading and effective sterilization of the sterilization headset.
- It uses an integrated hydrogen peroxide steam sterilization system, with internal air circulation during sterilization, which can sterilize all corners inside the headset steam sterilization chamber, avoiding sterilization dead corners;
- Sterilization at room temperature and pressure, high safety, suitable for the sterilization of most materials;
- The interior of the headset steam sterilization chamber is designed with laminar flow, which can function as a regular transfer window when not sterilizing;
- The sterilization process is automated, with a timed sterilization function, which is more conducive to the production scheduling requirements;
- It is operated with a tablet computer, and the control system complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and computer validation requirements. Sterilization data can be recorded each time and reports can be generated to meet the requirements of data integrity.
- The process control is stable, in accordance with GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
