氣密門的重要性
高級(jí)別生物安全實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)過程中，氣密性是保證實(shí)驗(yàn)室空氣潔凈度、室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員和室外環(huán)境安全的重要手段。氣密門是具有氣密性要求的高等級(jí)生物安全實(shí)驗(yàn)室圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)中不可或缺的重要組成部份，廣泛應(yīng)用于有氣密性要求的房間，以保證實(shí)驗(yàn)室圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的氣密性。生物安全氣密門分為二種，一種為充氣式氣密門，一種為機(jī)械壓緊式氣密門。 機(jī)械壓縮氣密門是在高等級(jí)生物安全實(shí)驗(yàn)室中使用的另一種氣密門，這些實(shí)驗(yàn)室需要維持一個(gè)安全的密閉環(huán)境至關(guān)重要。這些門的設(shè)計(jì)旨在在門和門框之間形成緊密的密封，以防止污染物或有害物質(zhì)的逃逸。
機(jī)械氣密門的驗(yàn)證要求
實(shí)驗(yàn)室防護(hù)區(qū)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的氣密性就達(dá)到在關(guān)閉受測(cè)房間所有通路并維持房間內(nèi)的溫度在設(shè)計(jì)范圍上限的條件下，當(dāng)房間內(nèi)的空氣壓力上升到500PA后，20min內(nèi)自然衰減的氣壓小于250PA。房間相對(duì)負(fù)壓值達(dá)到-500Pa,經(jīng)20min自然衰減后，其相對(duì)負(fù)壓值不應(yīng)高于-250Pa.
壓緊式氣密門的組成
機(jī)械壓緊式氣密門主要由門框、門體、密封條、機(jī)械壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)和控制裝置組成，其中密封條安裝于門框上，其工作原理為：門關(guān)閉時(shí)，通過壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)使門與門框之間的密封條與門框上的刀口緊緊壓緊，使門與門框之間形成嚴(yán)格密封。
